Set out on a varied hike between vineyards, elderberry groves and deciduous forests on the 16km TAU hiking trail.

Getting there
JUFA Hotel Tieschen*** is situated in Tieschen in a quiet and idyllic location in among picturesque vineyards. It can be quickly and conveniently accessed by car. Guests can make use of free parking places for cars and busses, which are located directly beside the JUFA hotel.
Travelling from the north: A9 (Pyhrn motorway) towards Graz – through the Plabutsch tunnel – take the Graz West exit (roundabout) – towards Slovenia on the A9 (Pyhrn motorway) – take the Gersdorf exit – continue on the B69 towards Bad Radkersburg – take the lane to Mureck – turn left in Halbenrain towards Tieschen – travel for approx. 5km on this road until you reach Tieschen – turn right when you reach the entrance to the village towards the JUFA Hotel – it is located approx. 300m along this road.
Travelling from the east: A2 (southern motorway) towards Graz – take the Ilz exit – continue on the B66 towards Feldbach – take the lane to Riegersburg, Feldbach, Bad Gleichenberg – in Hof turn off towards Tieschen – continue for approx. 4km on this road towards Tieschen – turn left after you have reached the centre of the village towards the JUFA Hotel – it is located approx. 300m along this road.
