With 850 hours of sunshine, Nassfeld is the perfect ski resort for foggy and gray winters
That doesn’t just sound like a lot, it actually is a lot – especially when you compare it to other ski resorts. Because in the neck-and-neck race for sunshine, Nassfeld clearly wins with a plus of around 100 hours of sunshine compared to its Alpine competitors north of the Alps. While the spring flowers are sprouting down in the valley, the sunshine skiing up on the mountain provides a different kind of splash of color. There, the red umbrellas of the ski bars are in bloom.
